Love is Everything — G. Ross Clark

Day 1 — Waking Inside Safety

Theme:
“There is freeze… and I am not alone in it.”

Morning Somatic Practice

  • Stay still and whisper: “My body is waking in freeze. That’s okay.”
  • Place a hand on your heart. Let the breath stay natural.
  • Whisper: “Jesus, stay with me while I wake.”
  • Allow the breath to soften on its own.
  • Notice one small shift: a sigh, a warmer spot, a little more breath.

IFS Inner-Part Reflection

Ask softly: “Who is afraid to start the day?”
Tell the part: “I’m here. You’re not alone.”
Ask: “What do you need this morning?”

Jesus Reassurance

“Peace. You do not need to rise quickly. I am with you.”

Pure Mind Contemplation

“This moment belongs.”

Small Somatic Movement

Slowly turn your head to the right, pause, then to the left.

Evening Practice

“Jesus, take what my nervous system carried today.”

Day 1 Affirmation:
“I wake in freeze, but I do not wake alone.”

Day 2 — Letting the Body Be Held

Theme:
“My body is allowed to be held before it needs to move.”

Morning Somatic Practice

  • Whisper: “I give myself permission to wake slowly.”
  • Hand on belly: “Breath, you can return.”
  • Imagine Jesus at the foot of the bed: “You are safe.”
  • Find the least tense place in your body and use it as an anchor.
  • Breathe softly from that anchored place.

IFS Inner-Part Reflection

“Is there a part that feels small this morning?”
“What do you need to soften?”
“I won’t rush you.”

Jesus Reassurance

“I am with you in your stillness.”

Pure Mind Contemplation

“This, too, is a moment inside Love.”

Small Somatic Movement

Gently slide one heel downward, then the other.

Evening Practice

“Jesus, gather the pieces of me that feel tired.”
