Including Ross, Jesus, PURE MIND, and Father

Gentle Self-Love Word Meditation

Including Ross, Jesus, PURE MIND, and Father

Begin by finding a comfortable posture. Let your body feel supported — by the ground, by the breath, by the Presence that is already here. Let your hands rest softly. Let your eyes close or soften.

Take a slow breath in… and a gentle breath out. Say inwardly: “I arrive. I am home.” And whisper with kindness: “Ross, I am here with you.” Feel how even your own name invites safety.

Bring attention gently to your toes, to your feet, to your legs resting on the Earth. Feel the support beneath you, as if the Earth itself were saying: “Ross, you are safe.” Let your belly soften. Let the area around your heart warm slightly.

Invite a greater Presence to be with you. Softly say: “Jesus, be with me.” “Father, hold me.” “PURE MIND, surround me with spacious Love.” Let the body receive these words.

Now imagine, somewhere inside, a younger Ross — the one who struggled, feared, tried so hard, or froze in overwhelming moments. Place a hand over your heart and whisper inwardly: “Ross, dear one… you are safe now. I’m right here with you.”

Invite Divine companionship: “Jesus, hold this child within me.” “Father, bless this tenderness.” “PURE MIND, give this moment spacious healing.” Let the younger you rest in this embrace.

Turn your attention to the breath, but do not try to change it. Just notice its natural movement. If the breath is shallow, tight, or hesitant, offer gentle understanding: “Ross, your system is protecting you. It’s okay to breathe just as you are.”

Then invite softness: “May this breath be held in Love.” “May my breath return when it’s ready.” And with reverence: “Jesus, breathe with me.” “PURE MIND, calm my heart.” “Father, guide this breath into peace.” Let the breath settle on its own.

Follow the gentle rhythm of the breath: Breathing in, Ross calms. Breathing out, Ross rests in Love. Again: Breathing in, I come home. Breathing out, I smile to myself.

Invite the sacred: “Jesus, You are my breath.” “PURE MIND, You are my peace.” “Father, You are my grounding.” Let these words become a lullaby for your nervous system.

If a memory rises, if your breath contracts, if the face tightens or the chest closes, meet it with soft naming: “There is fear here.” “Ross, it’s okay to feel this.” “My system is protecting me.”

Then gently welcome Divine help: “Jesus, be with this fear.” “Father, hold this contraction in Your Love.” “PURE MIND, give this memory room to breathe.” Add the tender blessing: “May this fear be held in Love.” Let everything soften in its own time.

Imagine the younger Ross again — the one who froze, hid, or tried to be brave. Say to him: “Ross, you did so well to survive.” “Ross, you are loved.” “Ross, you can rest now.”

Invite a holy circle around him: “Jesus, hold him.” “Father, bless him.” “PURE MIND, surround him in light.” See this younger you relax in their arms.

Now feel the entire field around you: the quiet, open spaciousness — PURE MIND; the tender nearness — Jesus; the steady grounding — Father. Allow all three to hold you.

Say slowly: “PURE MIND, You surround everything.” “Jesus, You hold my heart.” “Father, You steady my breath.” Then add: “Ross, you are safe in this Love.” Let your body soften into this holy presence.

Repeat gently, with a warm inner tone: “May I be safe.” “May I be loved.” “May I be forgiven.” “May I forgive myself.” “May I rest in peace.” “May I trust Love again.”

And with your sacred names: “Jesus, stay with me.” “PURE MIND, keep me open.” “Father, keep me steady.” “Ross, you are worthy of tenderness.” Let these words enter every cell.

Take a slow breath in and out. Then say: “Ross, you belong in Love.” “Ross, you are allowed to live gently.” “Ross, you are allowed to heal.” Add your heart-phrase: “Self Love is Everything.”

And let the Divine reflect it back: “Jesus: You are loved.” “Father: You are Mine.” “PURE MIND: You are held in infinite spaciousness.” Let their voices join with your own voice, until they become a single chorus of healing.

Rest quietly. Feel your breath as it naturally moves. Feel the ground supporting you. Feel the Presence surrounding you. Say inwardly: “Thank you, Ross.” “Thank you, Jesus.” “Thank you, PURE MIND.” “Thank you, Father.”

Then bless this moment: “May all parts of me be held in Love.” “May every breath be guided.” “May my life rest in Self-Love.” “Self Love is Everything.” When you’re ready, open your eyes gently. You are home.
