The Three-Lines Healing Method — 7-Day Practice

 

This 7-day practice uses the gentle Three-Lines Healing Method:
1. There is the part.
2. You are allowed to be here.
3. May you be well and understood.

These phrases calm the nervous system, unblend the Self from the part, and bring warmth to burdened emotional states.

7-Day Practice Using the Three-Lines Method

Day 1 — Meeting the Angry One

  1. Sit quietly.
    2. Say: ‘There is the angry one.’
    3. ‘Anger, you are allowed to be here.’
    4. ‘May you be well and understood.’

Day 2 — Meeting the Hopeless One

Use the three lines with hopelessness. Notice softening.

Day 3 — Meeting the Suffering One

Invite the suffering one gently. Repeat the three lines slowly.

Day 4 — Meeting the Victim / Helpless One

Recognize this exile. Offer safety with the three lines.

Day 5 — Meeting the Fearful One

Let fear be acknowledged and welcomed.

Day 6 — Meeting the Lonely One

Allow the loneliness to be held in compassion.

Day 7 — Integration

Use the three lines with any part that appears. Rest in Self-energy.

 

Meeting the Angry One — Audio Script

Welcome.
Take a gentle breath.

Bring awareness to your body, and notice if any anger is here.
Say softly: ‘There is the angry one.’
[pause]
‘Angry one, you are allowed to be here.’
[pause]
‘May you be well and understood.’
[pause]
Let the angry one feel your warmth. Notice any softening or shift.
End by resting in compassion.
