A short meditative practice and prayer for inner clarity and gentle blessing.


Overview

This short prayer meditation helps you enter a calm, steady state of Pure Mind and then open the heart into Pure Love. From there, healing intentions can be offered for yourself or others with clarity, warmth, and spaciousness.


Audio Script

1. Settling

Find a posture that feels supportive. Let your hands soften and let your breath be natural. Allow yourself to arrive gently.

2. Grounding the Body

Feel your feet, your legs, your shoulders. Let the body be held as it is. There is nothing to fix in this moment.

3. Opening to Pure Mind

Become aware of the quiet space around your thoughts. This clarity is Pure Mind — open, steady, and aware. Rest in this natural spaciousness.

4. Resting in Awareness

Allow sensations and thoughts to rise and pass. Awareness does not move. You are resting as the one who sees.

5. Entering Pure Love

Bring gentle breath into the center of the chest. Let warmth arise naturally. Pure Love is the tenderness of your being appearing on its own.

6. Bringing Someone to Mind

Hold someone gently in awareness. Whisper inwardly:
“May you be healed in Pure Mind. May you be held in Pure Love.”

7. Two Forms of Prayer

Explore the different energies of each phrase:

  • “Pure Mind heal you.” – a radiant blessing
  • “May you be healed in Pure Mind.” – an invitation into clarity
  • “May you be healed in Pure Love.” – a prayer of tenderness and belonging

8. Expanding the Blessing

Allow the heart to widen:

“May all beings be healed in Pure Mind. May all beings be embraced by Pure Love.”

9. Closing

Return to the breath and the chest. Pure Mind and Pure Love are always available. When ready, open the eyes gently.
