🎧 TRACK 1 — Entering Pure Mind Presence (10–20 min)
A foundation track for all healing work that follows.
Welcome.
Take a moment to settle your body…
Feel the weight of your hips, your legs, your feet resting…
Let your hands soften in your lap or by your sides…
There is nothing to change right now.
Nothing to improve.
Nothing to achieve.
Allow your breath to flow on its own.
Softly.
Naturally.
Effortlessly.
Let the words Pure Mind appear in your awareness.
Not as a thought you produce…
but as a gentle reminder of the clear space that is always here.
Pure Mind.
Feel the way your body responds…
Notice the subtle softening behind the eyes…
Notice the slowing of inner commentary…
Notice how awareness opens, like a sky becoming wider.
Pure Mind.
Let thoughts drift like clouds across a vast open sky.
No effort to stop them.
No effort to hold them.
Just watching them pass.
Rest here.
[pause 45 seconds]
Now feel the joy… the lightness… the peace that begins to rise.
It comes from nowhere.
It is not created.
It is revealed.
Pure Mind is the mind before thought.
The mind before fear.
The mind before identity.
Rest in this natural clarity.
Rest until the body feels weightless and the heart feels unburdened.
[pause 60–90 seconds]
If anything arises—an emotion, a memory, a tension—just notice it gently.
Let it float in the larger field of awareness.
You are not trying to heal anything yet.
You are simply establishing the foundation.
The ground.
The inner home.
Rest in Pure Mind as long as you like.
When you are ready to close, whisper inwardly:
“Thank you. I can return here anytime.”
Take a slow breath…
Feel the room around you…
And gently open your eyes.
🎧 TRACK 2 — Pure Mind + Naming What Arises (10–20 min)
A training track for recognizing emotions without blending.
Begin again by settling in… letting the body rest… letting the breath soften.
Bring the words Pure Mind into your awareness.
Let them dissolve into spaciousness…
Let clarity rise like morning light.
Stay here until you feel the peaceful opening…
The quiet joy…
The sense of being held.
[pause]
Now, softly invite whatever part or emotion wants to arise today.
You are not searching.
You are allowing.
Maybe a memory appears.
Maybe a feeling.
Maybe a person’s face.
Maybe nothing at all.
Whatever comes, gently name it:
“There is sadness.”
“There is anger.”
“There is the lonely one.”
“There is a memory.”
“There is tightness in the chest.”
Naming is not analysis.
Naming is recognition.
Naming is unblending.
You remain the vast sky.
The emotion is just a cloud within it.
[pause 45 seconds]
Each time something appears, name it softly:
“There is ______.”
And then return to Pure Mind.
This is your practice for today.
Recognition without fear.
Awareness without merging.
Clarity without effort.
Let the emotions rise and fall naturally…
held inside the spacious field of Pure Mind.
Rest deeply.
🎧 TRACK 3 — Pure Mind + Welcoming the Emotion (10–20 min)
The key healing movement.
Take time to settle into Pure Mind…
Let clarity return…
Let joy become present…
Let the heart soften.
When you feel steady, gently name what arises:
“There is despair.”
“There is fear.”
“There is shame.”
“There is longing.”
Now add the word of healing:
“Despair is welcome here.”
“Fear is welcome here.”
“Shame is welcome here.”
“The lonely one is welcome here.”
Let the words be real.
Not forced.
Not theoretical.
Let them land in the body.
Welcoming does not make the emotion stronger.
Welcoming makes you stronger.
It dissolves resistance.
It melts tightening.
It softens the protective layers.
Feel the way the emotion shifts when it is welcomed.
Feel how the body relaxes.
Feel how the breath broadens.
Stay with this part.
Let it settle into your presence.
Let it feel safe.
[pause 60 seconds]
Then return to Pure Mind.
Let the emotion rest inside clarity…
like a wave resting in the ocean itself.
🎧 TRACK 4 — Healing Despair Through Pure Mind (10–20 min)
A deep dive specifically for despair, heaviness, or morning sorrow.
Begin with Pure Mind…
Take all the time you need to feel steady and clear.
Now invite despair gently:
“If the despairing one wants to be seen, you may come.”
When despair appears—whether as heaviness, emptiness, or ache—
gently say:
“There is despair.”
Feel the small shift, the space, the distance.
You are the one who sees.
Despair is the one seen.
Now speak to it with tenderness:
“Despair… you are welcome here.”
Let the despairing part feel safe.
Feel how it softens when it no longer has to fight for attention.
Feel how it loosens when it is not being pushed away.
Remain with it.
Sit beside it like you would sit beside someone you love who is hurting.
When the part feels held, gently return to Pure Mind.
Let despair rest inside your clarity.
🎧 TRACK 5 — Healing Fear & Anxiety Through Pure Mind (10–20 min)
A track for unblending from fear and holding it in clarity.
Rest in Pure Mind first.
Let clarity become steady.
Let fear feel the environment is safe.
When ready, say:
“There is fear.”
Recognize its presence.
Notice where it lives in the body.
Then say:
“Fear, you are welcome here.”
Feel how fear responds to welcome.
It may shake.
It may soften.
It may simply sit.
You do not need to fix fear.
You only need to hold it.
Let fear rest in Pure Mind.
Let fear melt into clarity.
Let fear feel your presence.
🎧 TRACK 6 — Healing Childhood Parts Through Pure Mind (10–20 min)
A track dedicated to younger emotional layers.
Settle into Pure Mind.
Rest until you feel warm, open, steady.
Then invite the child who needs you today.
When the young one appears, softly say:
“There is the little one.”
“Little one, you are welcome here.”
Speak gently:
“You don’t have to hide.”
“You don’t have to be strong.”
“You are safe with me.”
“You belong in Pure Mind, in Love, exactly as you are.”
Hold them.
Comfort them.
Let them feel seen.
When they soften, return to Pure Mind.
Let them rest in the clarity of your presence.
🎧 TRACK 7 — Healing Relationships Through Pure Mind (10–20 min)
For parents, partners, children, friends.
Begin in Pure Mind.
Let it become your foundation.
Bring a person’s name into the field of clarity.
Then say:
“There is the part of me that hurts in this relationship.”
Then:
“This part is welcome here.”
Let the relational part soften.
Let it speak.
Let it feel.
You may end with:
“You are held in Pure Mind.”
“You are held in Love.”
“You are safe with me.”
Return to clarity.
Rest.
