Pure Phrases – 7-Day Practice
This gentle 7-day journey invites you to rest with one Pure Phrase of intention each day.
Sit or lie comfortably, feel the breath, repeat the phrase slowly, and notice what arises
without judgment.
Day 1 – It Belongs
Phrase: It belongs.
Intention: Acceptance of whatever arises. Let sensations, emotions, and memories be met
with the simple recognition that they belong in this moment of your life.
Day 2 – Let It Be Here
Phrase: Let it be here.
Intention: Non-resistance. When sadness, tension, or warmth appears, simply let it be here
without forcing change.
Day 3 – This Is Allowed
Phrase: This is allowed.
Intention: Permission. Whatever you feel—emotion, resistance, or emptiness—is allowed to
exist in your awareness without pressure or criticism.
Day 4 – Held in Love
Phrase: Held in Love.
Intention: Feeling supported. Place a hand on your chest or belly and sense that this whole
moment is held in a wider field of Love or Pure Mind.
Day 5 – Let It Move Through
Phrase: Let it move through.
Intention: Trusting the body’s natural release. Allow waves of sensation or emotion to rise
and fall, trusting your body’s wisdom to release.
Day 6 – Just This Breath
Phrase: Just this breath.
Intention: Simplicity. Return again and again to the present by staying with one breath at
a time.
Day 7 – Softening
Phrase: Softening…
Intention: Opening to Presence. With each breath, invite softening in the jaw, shoulders,
belly, and heart, and around whatever you feel.
